The Toronto International Film Festival may be the single biggest event in the city of Toronto. It is also one of the most prestigious and attended film festivals in the world. Hollywood literally invades the city for the first half of the festival and it can become a celebrity spotter’s dream. However, for cinephiles the real draw to the festival is the amazing line-up of movies and the chance to get lost in a multitude of cinemas for 11 days.
